By registering your account or utilizing our artificial intelligence receptionist tool, you agree to comply with this agreement. These terms do not constitute legal counsel; consult your attorney for professional advice. We offer automation systems designed to empower local roofers through voice AI technology and leads.
Services and Accounts
First Due Connect delivers an advanced AI system that handles incoming calls, filters leads, and organizes bookings. Access requires your business to be a valid legal entity operating within the United States. Maintaining the security of your login information and monitoring account activity remains your sole responsibility. We supply the automation; you manage the growth of your roofing enterprise.
AI Usage and Recording
Our AI system records telephonic interactions to qualify prospects and update your schedule. You are required to confirm that call recording is permitted under your local laws and jurisdiction. You must ensure all pricing and service information provided to the AI is accurate. Use of our platform includes authorization to sync with your CRM and calendars to streamline your business project management.
Fees and Payments
You must pay subscription and usage charges based on the rates selected at signup. Payments are processed on a recurring schedule and do not include United States tax obligations. Delinquent accounts may experience an immediate cutoff of AI receptionist functionality. We may modify our pricing structures with prior notification, ensuring your existing service level is honored during the current term.
Term and Cancellation
This legal contract persists until terminated by you or our company. Subscriptions can be managed and closed via your user dashboard whenever you choose. We maintain the right to revoke access for violations of our usage policies or non-compliance with federal communication regulations. Upon closing your account, AI platform access stops, but specific data is kept per our private data retention policy.
Liability and Law
Solutions are provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding business outcomes or AI precision. Total liability is capped at fees paid over the prior six months. You will hold us harmless from legal claims regarding your system use.
